Usui Reiki - "universal life energy" and intuitive guidance to identify and clear stagnant energy, release stress & restore balance to your physical and emotional body. When this energy is balanced, it supports the body's natural ability to heal and promotes overall well-being. This session is an opportunity to experience my work and see it resonates with you.

Guided Imagery Session - 60 Minutes

A gentle, relaxation-based practice where you will be lead through a series of calming visualizations to help promote healing, reduce stress, gain insight, or support emotional and physical well-being.

Sacred Alignment Session "A Customized Healing Experience - 90 Minutes

Your healing journey is unique, and your session is tailored to you. Together, we'll create a personalized experience using the modalities that best support your needs in the moment. Your session may include a blend of Reiki, Sound Healing, Guided Meditation, Intuitive Energy Work, and Guided Imagery to encourage relaxation, balance, and inner alignment.

Customized Meditation & Sound Bath Experience - For Individuals or Groups - Time & Price TBD

Each experience is uniquely tailored to your intentions and needs to support relaxation, reduce stress, restore energetic balance, and cultivate a greater sense of peace and well-being through guided meditation and sound healing.

Whether for personal healing, a special gathering, or a wellness event, your session may include guided meditation, breath awareness, visualization, and the calming sounds of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments. Together, we'll create a nurturing space for relaxation, renewal, and inner connection.
